Recipes of the Month: Crunchy Balls
Preparation: 10 mins Serves: makes 20
Ingredients
Method 2 In a bowl and with clean hands, mix everything together except cornflakes. 3.Shape into balls. 4. Crush the cornflakes in a plastic bag and then spread on a dinner plate. 5. Roll the balls in the cornflakes. 6. Place on baking paper on an oven tray and bake for 10-15 minutes until cooked. To serve Serve with a dipping sauce made from sweet chilli sauce thinned down with the juice from the lemon.
